Role Description
As a Product Manager - Fashion Design at DreamZone School of Creative Studies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fashion design courses. You will oversee the technical development, marketing, and sales of these courses, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our students and the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and student needs.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for fashion design courses.
• Collaborate with Product Head and other department Product Managers to align product offerings.
• Product Development:
• Work closely with the academic team to develop and refine curriculum.
• Oversee the development of course materials, including study materials, assignments, and projects.
• Ensure the quality and relevance of course content.
• Marketing and Sales:
• Develop effective marketing strategies to promote fashion design courses.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials.
• Conduct webinars, workshops, and other promotional activities to attract potential students.
• Work with the sales team to drive enrolments and achieve sales targets.
• Student Experience:
• Monitor student feedback and satisfaction.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure a seamless student experience throughout the course lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of the fashion design industry and its trends.
• Proven experience in product management or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
