Job Description

With over 13,000 organizations, including 60 of the Fortune 100, using our platform, we play a pivotal role in their Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, and DevOps Modernization journeys. Our notable clientele includes industry giants such as GE, Cisco, Genentech, Electronic Arts, and Netflix.

We are on the lookout for a Product Manager for Mobile and App Experience to join our dedicated, customer-centric team as we lead the charge towards fully automated operations. Our vision is a future where AI-enhanced software developers can create and deploy applications significantly faster, ensuring those applications run smoothly and autonomously. When unexpected challenges arise, our AI agents and automated solutions will handle most issues, allowing human teams to dedicate their efforts to innovation rather than crisis management.

The App Experience Platform team is at the core of delivering a scalable and consistent user experience across PagerDuty's Operations Cloud. We accomplish this by adhering to unified technology standards and UI principles to provide exemplary user experiences for PagerDuty admins, incident responders, and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with UX design, engineering, and program management to speed up product development, ensuring we offer an outstanding user experience that meets broader market needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with product and UX design managers to gain deep insights into PagerDuty Operations Cloud functionality and customer journeys.
• Collaborate with our app and platform product teams to clarify, consolidate, and prioritize their UX needs.
• Deliver an impactful web and mobile user experience platform that empowers app teams to achieve market-leading usability.
• Champion Accessibility initiatives and ensure compliance with FedRAMP, as well as manage internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) efforts to expand our customer reach.
• Create and uphold an integrated roadmap that aligns with business objectives and product team requirements.

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or developer tools.
• Experience in web and mobile application design and technical implementation.
• Strong technical aptitude and communication skills for effective collaboration with senior engineers.
• Proven success in high-velocity product teams that deliver customer-value through iterative processes and tight feedback loops.
• Proficient in analytics tools with a strong track record of making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to customers and internal stakeholders across product and market channels.
• Demonstrated empathy for customers and a curiosity-driven approach to understanding their needs.
• Ability to lead through influence to drive team outcomes.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience in software engineering.
• Strong grasp of incident response and DevOps workflows.
• Ideal candidates will be based near a PagerDuty office location such as Toronto (Canada), Atlanta, GA (USA), or San Francisco, CA (USA).

The base salary for this role ranges from 140,000 to 235,000 USD. Additional compensation may include bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
