S concepts andmetrics such as MRR, LTV, CAC, retention, churn.- Strong ability to manage internal (team members, other managers, board) and external (customers, investors, community) stakeholders to balance opposing views and find good solutions or compromises.
- Experience writing code is required- Have familiarity or experience with one or more of the following - API ecosystem:
3rd party authentication and authorization, API communications, and workflow automation- Experience automating workflows using Automation Anywhere, UIPath or any RPA tool

Job Responsibilities:
• Requirements documents detailing market opportunities and associated product strategy for Automation product
• Ownership of the all related roadmaps and active projects
• Product collateral and sales tools such as articles, datasheets, white papers, blogs, how-to videos, demos, etc.
• Define requirements for the platform across the complete stack including – UX, deployment, security, support, upgrade, metering, auditing, scalability and billing
• Translate customer needs across the entire stack into requirements and document them in MRDs & PRDs. Drive feature prioritization.
• Define and drive use cases, user personas, product features/requirements, roadmaps and release plans for product features
• Perform competitive analysis and market research to influence product planning
• Work closely with customers, developers, and key stakeholders including Engineering, Support/Services, Marketing, and Sales to bring product to market
