In this role, you will drive the development, enhancement, and monetization of Tap Health's AI-driven platform. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring our products meet user needs and support our mission of transforming healthcare access through cutting-edge technology.

> Responsibilities:

> - Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
> - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, AI, marketing, and operations teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
> - Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand user needs, industry trends, and competitive insights, particularly within health tech.
> - Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of product initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
> - Gather feedback from users, stakeholders, and business teams to iterate on product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and user satisfaction.
> - Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging technologies (particularly AI and healthcare), and regulatory requirements to inform product strategy and roadmap.
> - Act as a product evangelist, clearly communicating product vision, strategy, and updates to internal teams, customers, and partners.
> - Drive product innovation, particularly in expanding AI-driven features like personalized digital therapeutics and hyper-localized healthcare solutions.

> Requirements:

> - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
> - 1-2 years of proven experience in product management, ideally within health tech, AI-driven platforms, or tech startups.
> - Strong knowledge of product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean Startup principles.
> - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
> - A strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation in healthcare.
> - Analytical with a strong ability to use data and metrics to make informed product decisions.
> - Experience working with AI-powered platforms or healthcare technologies is highly desirable.
