About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Translate business goals into detailed functional requirements and specifications.
Technology Management
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of technical tasks.
• Oversee the technical feasibility of product features and ensure alignment with development resources.
• Use tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms to track and prioritize technical tasks.
New Product Initiatives
• Drive innovation by conceptualizing, prototyping, and validating new products or features.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to bring products from concept to launch.
• Own the success metrics (KPIs) of new product launches, including adoption, user satisfaction, and ROI.
Collaboration & Communication
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Communicate product progress, risks, and timelines to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
Continuous Improvement
• Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Experience
• 3-7 years of experience in product management, particularly with tech-driven products or startups.
• Proven track record of successfully managing technical tasks and delivering innovative products.
Skills
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and product frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar product management platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
