Job Title: PRODUCT OPERATIONS SUPPORT

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused and experienced professional to support our APAC Product Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless communication between our global product and country operations teams, driving product excellence and governance across the APAC region.
What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
Communication Management: Manage timely, clear and consistent communication via Slack channels, email, source of truth document updates between global and local teams.
Governance: Maintain central governance documents related to product launches, planning and feedback. Prepare agendas / materials and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders.
Operational Excellence: Continuously enhance ways of working for effective and efficient stakeholder communication
Product Feedback: Collate product feedback / questions and help with bug escalations between country teams to global product teams to ensure a smooth launch and best customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Product Management, or a related field.
2+ yrs experience in product operations, project management, or a related role
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and project management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
2+ yrs experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills: SQL
