Job Description: Product Operations Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Product Campaign:
Collaborate with the product marketing team to develop and execute effective product campaigns that drive user engagement, adoption, and retention.
Define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and KPIs.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align campaign strategies with business goals.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
2. Product Marketing and Partnership:
Work closely with the product marketing team to develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance our product's market presence and reach.
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, negotiate partnerships, and manage ongoing collaborations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing collateral, including product brochures, case studies, and white papers.
3. Manual Testing:
Lead the manual testing efforts to ensure high-quality software releases.
Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software defects and issues.
Continuously improve the testing process and implement best practices.
4. Auto Test:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks.
Collaborate with the development team to identify suitable areas for test automation.
Monitor and analyze automated test results, identify failures, and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in test automation to drive continuous improvement.
5. Help Videos, FAQ, and Docs Manuals:
Develop a comprehensive library of help videos, FAQs, and documentation manuals to support users in utilizing our product effectively.
Collaborate with the product marketing team to create engaging and informative video content.

Ensure the documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
Analyse user feedback and identify areas for improvement in the documentation.
6. Specifications and Product Copy:
Work closely with the product management team to define product specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to create compelling product copy that effectively communicates features and benefits.
Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all product touchpoints.
7. Product Pages and Wrappers:
Collaborate with the web development team to create engaging product pages that effectively showcase the value proposition and drive conversions.
Develop wrappers and microsites for specific campaigns and promotions.
Optimize product pages for SEO and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
8. Translations:
Coordinate the translation efforts for our product to cater to a global user base.
Collaborate with external translation vendors and ensure the accuracy and quality of translations.
Develop processes and tools to streamline the translation workflow.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or similar).
Proven experience in product operations, preferably within the SAAS industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross- functional teams.
Solid understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with product marketing strategies and tactics.
Experience in manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in creating engaging help videos, FAQs, and documentation.
Understanding of SEO best practices and web analytics.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline- driven environment.
