Own and optimise core product operations processes: roadmap planning, release management, product communications, and intake of customer feedback.
Act as the product team's liaison with go-to-market teams to ensure smooth product launches, enablement, and internal communication.
Manage and continuously improve tools like Productboard, Netspring Confluence, and internal documentation platforms.
Support product planning and QBR processes
Partner with product and data teams to define and maintain product metrics dashboards and KPIs.
Standardize how customer insights, feedback, and requests are captured and synthesised into actionable inputs for product managers.
Support the onboarding of new product team members by maintaining process documentation and tooling guides.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in product operations, program management, or product-related roles at a SaaS company (vertical SaaS or B2B preferred)
Strong experience with product development tooling (e.g. Linear, Productboard, Netspring)
Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
Excellent communicator who can work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions (e.g., Netspring, Mixpanel, SQL a plus).
A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Exposure to product lifecycle management frameworks
Familiarity with CSAT/NPS tooling and customer feedback systems (e.g, Gong, Vitally, Salesforce Service cloud)
Exposure to product lifecycle management framework.
Why work at Karbon?
Gain global experience across the USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada and the Philippines
4 weeks annual leave plus 5 extra "Karbon Days" off a year
Flexible working environment
Work with (and learn from) an experienced, high-performing team
Be part of a fast-growing company that firmly believes in promoting high performers from within
A collaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces diversity, invests in development, and provides consistent feedback
Generous parental leave
