Big Red Group is the leader in the experiences industry, connecting people with a diverse range of experiences worldwide. We power iconic marketplaces like RedBalloon, Adrenaline, Experience Oz, and Everything NZ and live experiences everyday.
We're looking for a project team of 8 people for 8-10 weeks to join us as Product Optimisation Coordinators, as we work on publishing a whole new range of experiences to our sites to delight our customers!
This is a short term contract, can be done full or part time (minimum 20 hours a week), available for remote work and a great opportunity for uni students, working holiday visitors or people looking for remote work short term. You will need to provide your own laptop for this opportunity and well supported by one of our team for training and questions.
You will be detail-oriented and focus on preparing and refining the experience products listed on our consumer brand websites — Experience Oz, Adrenaline, and RedBalloon. We have hundreds of awesome new products to publish - help bring Australia's best experiences to life online!
You'll play a hands-on role in ensuring each experiences product page is compelling, accurate, well-categorised, and aligned with our brand tone. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, loves copy and content, and cares deeply about providing accurate information to deliver a great customer experience.
Ideally you will have experience with writing, great attention to detail and a passion for all things online.
What You'll Do
Preparing new experience products to go live on our websites
Selecting and refining images to showcase experiences
Editing product copy and highlights to suit our brand tone
Tagging products with the right SEO, categories, and regions
Applying badges and making final quality checks
Supporting product updates and assisting with deal setups
What You'll Bring to the Role
Impeccable attention to detail — you love getting it right, every time.
An interest in copywriting, content editing, or digital product merchandising.
Confidence working autonomously, with strong time management skills and follow structured processes.
A passion for creating engaging online customer experiences.
Bonus: experience working with CMS or eCommerce platforms, especially in content or merchandising roles.
Interest in experiences, travel, events, online shopping or entertainment industries a plus
