Job Description: PGT English Teacher
Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – English
Location: Sawal, Punjab
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Facilities: Bus facility provided
Preference: Local candidates preferred
Responsibilities
• Teach English literature and language to senior secondary classes (Grades 11–12).
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
• Foster critical thinking, reading comprehension, and writing skills among students.
• Organize extracurricular activities such as debates, essay writing, and literary clubs.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

• Master’s degree in English (M.A. English) with B.Ed. qualification.
• Strong command of English language and literature.
• Prior teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred.
