Job Overview:
As a Product Manager for New Business Development & Client Acquisition, you will be at the forefront of our product growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in product, driving client acquisition, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in alignment with goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our product offerings.
2. Client Acquisition:
- Develop and implement client acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Lead negotiations and onboard new clients on product.
3. Product Management:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with market demands and client needs.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
4. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
5. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development and client acquisition efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in new business development and client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding business growth targets.

- Experience with CRM software and other business development tools.
- Experience in the retail or online e-commerce industry.
- Experience working with SaaS products.
