The Consumer Spending Crew has end-to-end accountability for the Commonwealth Bank’s Credit Cards business and our key consumer spending propositions. The in-life Spending squads shape how customers access, use, manage and understand their spending experiences, including digital card experiences, credit solutions, loyalty and everyday spending journeys.

As the Senior Product Owner – MyView, you will lead a squad focused on delivering simple, insight-rich and intuitive experiences that help customers understand their account activity. You will shape the digital experiences used by millions of customers every day, reducing friction, simplifying information, and ensuring customers can access support with ease.

Leading the MyView Squad is a pivotal role in delivering the Everyday Spending value stream strategy. You will report to the Crew Lead for Consumer Spending, who will support you with your performance and development.

Key responsibilities will include

Customer Insights & Account Visibility: Shape the strategic future state of customer account visibility across statements, transactions, balances, interest and fees.

Redefine the customer experience for understanding everyday spending and seeking support, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across Digital, Operations, Channel teams, Risk, Data, Compliance and the broader Consumer Spending Crew.

Prioritisation & Delivery Excellence: Own and maintain the squad backlog, ensuring clear prioritisation aligned to quarterly OKRs and customer outcomes.

Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements for statements and transaction information.

We want to hear from you if you have

Experience delivering strong customer and business outcomes in an Agile product environment.

Advanced communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Experience in digital product design, customer journey optimisation, or account-visibility-related products.

Ability to think analytically and use data and insights to frame problems and make decisions.

A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Technology, Design or a related field (preferred).

A strong customer and risk mindset — proactively identifying, discussing and mitigating risks.
