Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Teach technology to learners from both technical and non-technical backgrounds alike
• Align with the organization’s objectives for training
• Schedule product training sessions for various stakeholders
• Devise detailed training programs and conduct efficient training
• Interact with product owners and include new updates in the training program
• Build business solutions with Kissflow
• Conduct hands-on training
• Guide learners according to their individual learning curve
• Review assignments
• Conduct learning activities, assessments and training need analysis
Prior Experience:
• 2+ years of training experience in any domain with technical exposure (preferably IT)
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in spreadsheets
• Basic knowledge of programming (preferably JavaScript) and Relational databases (SQL queries) is an advantage
Interpersonal Skills:
• Time management skills
• Soft Skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Creative thinking
• Analytical problem-solving, with the ability to write computations
• Methodical approach to teaching and learning
