Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs through employee performance reviews and department discussions.
Design and develop training modules for new joiners and existing employees.
Conduct induction and onboarding training programs.
Organize soft skills, product knowledge, compliance, and leadership training sessions.
Coordinate with external trainers if required.
Maintain training records and prepare training reports.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance tracking.
Support employee development initiatives and career growth planning.
Ensure training programs align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of HR processes and training methods.
Ability to handle multiple training sessions.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in HR Product Trainer (Experience in NBFC/Finance industry preferred).
