Position : Production Administrator
Company- Flexible packaging- Zipper, Pouching, Zipper bags
Reporting to : Factory manager
Location : Palghar ( so need someone residing in palghar or nearby location, if far location then relocation is req)
Experience : 10 to 15 years
Budget : 18 to 23 lakhs
Industry : Flexible packaging (preferred) , packaging and containers
Qualities : Good communication skills - Hindi and Marathi , Discipline, Organized , planning and strong command
Project management, Meet production targets, Ensure product quality, Cost management, Productivity and Manapower handling, Inventory control, Monthly MIS.
Job profile : Will be on the shop floor
Strong Analysis of data ( MIS ) and manage data
Manage people on shop floor
Technical knowledge can be medium.
Education - Mechanical Engineer / Diploma /MBA in operations management
We can look at ex-army people or people with good executive Mba.
