Candidates will be assembling various electronic components, mostly through-hole components and soldering to start. The company is hiring for character over competency and is very willing to train candidates with a positive mindset and the will to grow! Magna-Power designs and manufactures a broad range of high-power DC power products for markets such as electric vehicles, particle accelerators, and solar.

Work Environment
Magna Power runs a 4-day work week with 10-hour days. Mon - Thurs or Tues - Fri from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM. Magna Power won NJ Manufacturer of the Year in 2016. There are 95 employees in this family-owned company that grew 25% last year and is forecasting 50% growth this year. Magna Power is a non-union company. Their biggest buyer is Tesla.
