Responsibilities
Shift: 6:40am - 7pm
Shift: 12 hours
The primary objective of this position is to understand, manage, and safely operate all aspects of the End of Line process
Accurately perform board inspections and accurately measure objects using a standard tape measure and a six inch scale
Operate unit wrapper and perform all associated tasks
Operate board grinders and prepare and feed scrap products
Operate compactor equipment and associated tasks
Properly set up and operate cutting machine
Operate printer equipment and bar code machine
Operate a tow motor and obtain license
Read and understand production schedule
Comply with all plant rules
Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area
Regular Attendance and maintain a good attendance record
Be a team player
All other duties as assigned or needed
Ability to work overtime as necessary
Work up to 12 hours in hot/cold manufacturing environment
Walk/stand on concrete floor continuously for up to 12 hours
Use cleaning equipment or tools as necessary for housekeeping duties

SUMMARY
Owens Corning is looking for Production Operators/Machine Operators with manufacturing background in a fast-paced production environment, ambitious, driven with leadership experience or motivated to develop into a leadership role and grow with a company.
The primary objective of this position is to understand, manage, and safely operate all aspects of the End of Line process. All job functions listed below are
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Accurately perform board inspections and accurately measure objects using a standard tape measure and a six inch scale
• Operate unit wrapper and perform all associated tasks
• Operate board grinders and prepare and feed scrap products
• Operate compactor equipment and associated tasks
• Properly set up and operate cutting machine
• Operate printer equipment and bar code machine
