We're building a luxury textile house that brings rare Indian handwoven traditions onto a global fashion stage.
KIVAH is a London-led textile house working at the intersection of craft, material research, and contemporary luxury. The aim is to identify, develop, and position underrepresented Indian textiles within a high-fashion context.
We're looking for someone based in Ahmedabad to take on a core operations and development role, working closely with me to shape the foundation of the brand. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role that spans research, supplier relationships, coordination, and early-stage production work and has clear scope to grow into a leadership position as the company scales.
What you’ll be doing:
• Researching and engaging with textile suppliers, weavers, dyers, and production partners
• Visiting vendors and building long-term relationships on the ground
• Coordinating sampling, trials, and early development work
• Tracking conversations, materials, timelines, and learnings
• Acting as the key link between India-based partners and London-based direction.
Who this is for:
• Someone organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
• Strong communicator (English required; Hindi/Gujarati a plus)
• Curious about textiles, materials, and production. No prior fashion experience required
• Interested in growing with a company from its foundation stage
