Job Title: Production Engineer

CTC: 2.5-3 LPA

We are currently looking for an experienced Production Engineer to join our team at our manufacturing plant in RIICO Mansarovar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in personal care product manufacturing, with a proven track record of managing production operations in a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations in the manufacturing plant for personal care products.
Ensure smooth production processes, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
Team Supervision:
Supervise production teams and provide guidance on best practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
Ensure proper training and development of team members to maintain a skilled workforce.
Process Optimization:
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve overall production quality.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with the quality control team to address any production-related issues or deviations.
Inventory and Resource Management:
Manage raw material inventory and ensure that stock levels are maintained to avoid production delays.
Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, materials, equipment).
Health, Safety, and Compliance:
Ensure the manufacturing plant complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following the industry's best practices for safety.
Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:
Identify production issues and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them quickly and effectively.
Report any machine breakdowns or equipment issues to the maintenance team and ensure quick repairs.
Reporting:
Maintain production logs, records, and reports related to manufacturing performance, inventory, and downtime.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Production, or related fields).
Minimum 3 years of experience in production management, preferably in a personal care manufacturing plant.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, inventory management, and production scheduling.
Excellent problem-solving and team management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Immediate joiners preferred.
