Job Title: Production Engineer - Elastomer / Rubber Moulding

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to provid engineering suppport for routine production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Production Supervisor and Production Planner for daily production work allotment.
- Resolve routine moulding issues and other technical issues relating to tooling etc. on the production floor that are affecting production.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchase, Maintenance & Quality Department for smooth production run.
- Ensure routine and preventive maintenance of all tooling, equipment and machines.
- Work closely with engineering team to undertake trials, fine-tune and establish robust, repeatable, and reproducible process conditions for moulding of new products.
- Oversee implementation of new processes and set operating procedures for newly commissioned production equipment.
- Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability
- Assist Production to improve processes and develop jig / fixtures to increase production output, accuracy, quality and repeatability.
- Continually assess and suggest key areas of improvement that can have a positive impact on the production output.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
- More than 3 years of working experience in a similar role in the same or equivalent industry.
- Good knowledge of moulding machines and toolroom processes.
- Languages essential: Hindi, Marathi & English
Location: M.I.D.C., Bhosari, Pune – 411026
Office Timings: Monday - Saturday (+:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
Renumeration: CTC will be as per industry standard.
