We are seeking an experienced Production & Planning Engineer to manage and execute daily production activities efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling production schedules, managing teams, and ensuring quality and productivity through effective planning and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage resources, including employees and materials, to optimize production efficiency.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Oversee ISO documentation and quality checks to maintain high standards of output.
• Utilize strong leadership and team-working skills to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively in English, with strong proficiency in both written and verbal skills.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in production and planning.
• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication abilities.
