Urgent Opening with our Client in Static Equipment Manufacturing Industry for Production Engineer Professional.
Designation: Production Engineer
Education: Diploma/ Btech Mechanical
Experience – 2+Years
Salary – As per Industry
Job location: Pune (Pirangut)
Facilities: - Transport, Canteen, 5 days Working
Industry Area : Heavy Fabrication / Oil & Gas Industry (MNC)
(Note : 2 Years Bond)
REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCY
ESSENTIAL-
1. Knowledge of Light and heavy fabrication
2. Production Planning ability
3. Ability to increase the productivity by using updated techniques and tools
4. Knowledge of ERP
5. Manpower handling capacity.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring Production as per the plan with quality, cost, delivery, safety as per the company, Use the optimum utilizations of men, Machine and Material.
• Plan & timely follow-up on put sourcing & inter department activities like lesser cutting, Messer cutting etc.
• Provide Process related MIN in ERP System
• To Provide required resources related to Quality, Environment & Safety to shop level workers
• Update Panel section weekly man- hours utilization report.
