Profile - Production Engineer

Qualification- B.Tech - Mech.

Experience- Min. 4 + yrs in manufacturing industry (exp. in trolley in plus)

Salary - Upto 3 LPA

Location - Sakti (Raipur)

Job Description

Develop production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.

Allocate resources (materials, manpower, and machines) effectively.

Monitor workflow to ensure adherence to schedules.

Identify inefficiencies in production processes and implement improvements.

Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and increase productivity.

Adopt new technologies to enhance production capabilities.

Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.

Work with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to identify and address defects or quality issues.

Maintain ISO standards or other industry certifications, if applicable.

Monitor production costs and strive to reduce expenses without compromising quality.

Prepare and manage budgets for production operations.

Identify cost-saving opportunities in processes, materials, or energy consumption.
