Job Title: Production Engineer (PE)
Location: Greater Noida
Position Summary:
The Production Engineer (PE) will play a critical role in the trial production of new products, automation introduction, equipment verification, and overall production efficiency. This role requires a proactive leader who can identify and resolve production issues, drive process improvements, and manage the control of consumable projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Product Introduction and Automation:
- Lead the trial production introduction of new products.
- Summarize trial production issues and promote closed-loop improvements.
- Lead the introduction of automation, equipment verification, daily inspection and maintenance, and downtime (DT) control and improvement.
2. Production Efficiency and Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to improve through-pass rate, reduce material damage, and address production abnormalities.
- Formulate and implement improvement measures, following up to ensure effectiveness.
- Drive efficiency improvement, on-site improvement, cost reduction, and other enhancement activities to support operational success.
3. Project Management:
- Manage, subscribe, issue, and control low-value and consumable projects.
- Ensure proper management and control of consumable resources to minimize waste and cost.
4. Issue Resolution:
• - Take the lead in resolving production line abnormalities.
• - Act swiftly to address any production disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on overall productivity.
Qualifications:
• - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production engineering role, preferably in the Smartphones Manufacturing sector.
• - Proven experience with new product introduction, automation, and equipment verification.
• - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead process improvements.
• - Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
