Production Engineer

Production /Line Engineer required

Education:

DME/B.Tech/B.E in engineering (Automotive, Electrical, Mechanical ,

Industrial)

Experience:

5+ years in the field of Production / Operations of

Automotive component manufacturing

Duties & responsibilities:

 Implement production, quality systems in line our standards and customer

requirements and commissioning of plant

 Ensuring Material Movement & Storage as per company standards

 Work closely with suppliers to ensure tooling and component readiness as

per project milestones ; monitor all quality, PPAP requirements at

suppliers

 Work closely with customers as technical project engineer to ensure all

compliances for engineering, production, quality systems, PPAP from

customer

 Lead initiatives for ISO / IATF / VDA certifications and relevant

requirements

 Training of production manpower as per plan and requirement

 Ensure plant operational efficiency and all safety requirements

 Establishing suitable work culture for the shop-floor with a balance of

quick response, focus on quality and high performance.

Requirements

 Proven ability to lead, influence and collaborate

the production team

 Prior working experience in production or

operations for automotive components or

similar manufacturing company

 Good interpersonal skills

 Working experience of shopfloor / production

line management & customer PPAP

 Knowledge of safety, quality (IATF), productivity,

inventory management and supply chain

processes

 Knowledge of manufacturing, assembly and

control processes for various types of

components
