Job Location – FACTORY SITE at Isnapur, Patancheru- Hyderabad
Responsible assist with day-to-day production the planning, direction, and coordination of the production process. To ensure a continuous flow of quality products that meet or exceed all customer requirements and play a key role in meeting company-wide profitability and customer satisfaction expectations.
Initiate plans and processes that minimize manufacturing costs through effective staffing, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
Coordination and planning of activities and resources (people and ingredients) of the Manufacturing team.
Analyzes production requirements, plant capacity data and performs calculations in line with provided manufacturing processes to meet efficiency guidelines established by management.
Understand and communicate capacity issues and requirements, balancing production/ load levelling requirements when necessary.
Ownership of production planning changes is communicated and acted upon through the complete planning process involving Operation and Management.
Organize activities on-site accordingly to complete assigned production schedules.
Provides management reports and information as required by company management on a timely and accurate basis.
Provides accurate and timely physical inventories and other period-end data as required.
Desired Profile:
Immediate Joiner preferred.
Willing to work at factory at Isnapur, Patancheru.
Any graduate/ B Tech Civil/Chemical Engineering.
1-2 years of experience.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
Strong leadership skills, team building, independent thinking and planning abilities

Salary: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
