Tasks and duties
- Ensuring on-time product or project delivery through effective production planning and operations.
- Identifying and solving production issues such as material shortages, machine malfunctions, and other manufacturing problems.
- Supervising company personnel to ensure that production plans are executed.
- Hiring, training, and evaluating company workers.
- Conducting production reviews, analysing relevant data, and developing improvement plans.
- Ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet government standards.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
