Role Description
As our Production Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and complete alignment with our creative vision. You will manage and optimize production, working closely with design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to bring the House of Rohit Doshi's vision to life.
Key Duties Include:
Manage and optimize the entire production process from concept to delivery.
Lead and manage production, sourcing, and quality control across all collections.
Lead and manage production timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate closely with the design team and manufacturing teams.
Mentor and guide the production team, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
Ensure all final products meet the brand's high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
Qualifications
Proven experience in fashion production and production management within the fashion industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
In-depth understanding of garment construction, fabric sourcing, and manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
