Role Description:
We are looking for a Production Helper with a full-time on-site role for our company Masterpak India in Linch - Gujarat. The Production Helper will be responsible for assisting with production lines, operating machinery, conducting quality control checks, and demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Fill Material in respective bins to insure continuous feeding.
Avail ORM, packing material, machine accessories and ink buckets upon need.
Load WIP rolls on the Cutting machine.
Unload rolls or bags and pack them according to the required packing mode.
Return left-over Material and machine accessories to its designated places inside the section to maintain proper Sorting and Set in Order.
Collect and segregate the waste.
Perform 5S duties according to the Operator and Lead Operator instructions to sustain 5S conditions.
Clean machine parts according to the set Work Instructions to insure parts cleanliness and readiness for next use.
Segregate products under Hold based on Internal Rejection feedback.
Implement Management Systems procedures and instructions related to his/her function(s).
Adhere to the different Management Systems requirements as required by the job.
Report problem(s), near misses and risks related to the Management Systems to the head of department.
Qualifications
Linch - Gujarat resident or nearest location
Experience in Production Assistance and Machine Operation
Knowledge of Quality Control processes
Ability to quickly adapt to changing production needs
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in English,
