We are looking forward tohire Production In-charge.
• Short overview: Lead the manufacturing operations to deliver Electrical & Automation Control panels and any other products on time as per customer requirement.
• Primary function: Drive front line supervisors and shop floor employees in ensuring safety while delivering the production plan to meet the customer demand in Electrical & Automation Control panels and any other products. Drive process improvements while delivering regular production to enable culture in the shop floor and deliver the product with highest quality with adhering to all the SOP. Maintain 5S and engage the team which will create a cultured atmosphere in the shop for driving safety, quality and productivity.
• Ensuring safety of all employees on shop floor with Positive interruption and employee engagement in safety culture
• Support sales team to achieve Revenue target month on month through timely support of delivering various products
• Drive Process improvements and productivity improvements involving all stake holders on shop floor.
• Ensuring ZERO defect in manufacturing by ensuring 100% adherence to SOP
• LEAD all customer FAT along with quality team to deliver 100% success rate in FAT
• Support flex productivity by contributing in controlling expenses and improving shop effificiency.
• Train new employees for safety and quality
• Ensure Industrial harmony in the plant through trust, transparency and through actions based on incidents
