Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cutting Incharge to oversee the cutting department of our garment manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the cutting process, ensuring that all materials are cut accurately and efficiently according to production plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the cutting department to ensure accurate and efficient cutting of fabrics according to production schedules.
Plan and organize the cutting of fabric to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
Coordinate with the design and production teams to understand cutting requirements and specifications.
Monitor the quality of cut pieces and ensure they meet the required standards.
Manage and maintain cutting machines and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Train and supervise cutting staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Maintain records of fabric usage, cutting patterns, and wastage for reporting purposes.
Troubleshoot any issues in the cutting process and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cutting Incharge or similar role in the garment industry.
Strong knowledge of fabric types, cutting techniques, and equipment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Stitching Floor Incharge:-

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sewing Incharge to lead our sewing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sewing floor, ensuring the production of high-quality garments, and maintaining production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily sewing operations to ensure timely and efficient production.
Allocate work to sewing operators based on skill level and production requirements.
Monitor the quality of sewing and ensure that all garments meet the company’s quality standards.
Collaborate with the cutting and finishing departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Conduct regular inspections of sewing lines to identify any quality or efficiency issues.
Train and mentor sewing operators, providing guidance on techniques and best practices.
Maintain and manage sewing machines and equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
Keep detailed records of production metrics, including output, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sewing Incharge or similar role in garment manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the finishing process, including trimming, pressing, and packaging of garments.
Ensure that all finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
