We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Production Manager to lead daily milling operations at our Morrinsville Mill. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of animal feed.
You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and Nutrition Scheduler to meet customer demand, while developing best-practice capability across people, plant, and process. You’ll also play a key role in building a highly engaged team culture and driving continuous improvement.

You’re a hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing and a passion for building high-performing teams. You understand what it takes to run efficient operations while maintaining a strong safety and quality culture. Your ability to lead change, engage people, and drive continuous improvement sets you apart.
You’ll bring:
Proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with SCADA systems and automation
Strong understanding of quality systems, SOPs, and health & safety practices
Solid inventory and logistics knowledge, with ERP experience (e.g., D365, SAP)
Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset
A genuine connection to rural communities and the agricultural sector
