Focusing on being omnipresent, we are increasing our penetration and strengthening our MT & GT channels.
Parallelly, we have expanded our base in SE-Asia, US, UK and GCC & other geographies.
Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Production professional to drive and overseeing and managing all aspects of production. This person will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure that all production goals are met while maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute all aspects of production, including planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements and standards.
• Streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production processes, ensuring that they are followed by all production staff to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology upgrades to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the Operations & Engineering department to identify opportunities for process improvement and to ensure that production equipment and machinery are properly maintained and optimized for maximum efficiency and output.
Qualifications:
• BE/ Btech with 3+yrs of experience with relevant industry background.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
