Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
• Sorting and packaging of products
KEY Accountability
Production Planning & Quality control and system improvement
o Experience in Manpower management.
o Experience in Raw material manage, machine breakdown.
o Experience in 5s , Poka-yoke , safety supervision.
o Prototyping and sample making as per customer requirements.
o Development documents controlling and availability at suppliers end.
0 Study of drawing tolerances to check the production feasibility.
o Monitoring of rejection and rejection control defects for improving overall quality product.
o Working with team members to control product development risks.
o First thing to check is how many machines are running and to check if the operator is present at his place
o Approving the first piece of every machine running and giving it a go for production.
o Documentation related to Production and quality implementation.
Experience: 2+Years in Production Department with Sheet Metals Industry
