Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Bhiwandi. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring production goals are met, managing staff, and coordinating with other departments to optimize workflows.
Qualifications
• Monitoring production activities and planning schedule for on time
delivery, supervising production team to manage and executing
project .maintaining proper inventory to avoid difference between
used and actual.
• Making studies related to increasing productivity and quality
improvement and all issues related to production processes and
method ;ensuring that final product final product meet quality
standard and customers specification.
• Identify requirement and recommending cost reduction initiatives
while maintaining quality standard; suggesting process improvement
to enhance production, quality and capacity.
• Working closely with team to plan, schedule and perform production
activity as well as developing production programs and guidelines to
support company objective.
• Making raw material costing of product to reduce cost of production,
checking Bill of material, efficient utilization of material, placing
material requisition order.
• Interior design diploma ,
draughtsman diploma .
