Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete production cycle from CAD to final finishing. Coordinate across departments: CAD, casting, polishing, rhodium, setting, etc. Create and execute production schedules aligned with delivery goals. Drive quality control processes to reduce defects and rework. Supervise and upskill factory teams for operational excellence. Monitor machinery efficiency, raw material inventory, and wastage. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, labor laws, and regulations. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and QC teams for seamless output.
