Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager (Manufacturing) at SIMBOTT in Mumbai. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control, managing production schedules, and optimizing efficiency in the production line.
Qualifications
• 2 Years + Experience in manufacturing process optimization, quality control, and production management
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in project management and resource allocation
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Responsibilities
• Collaborate to define team building and management for technical-related roles.
• Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure deadlines and timelines for the project and matched
• Maintain good communication with client. Update the client from time to time about the stage of manufacturing.
