Modular furniture Factory Production Manager with minimum 5+ years of experience in running & managing the factory with hands on experience in all machinery, CNC programming & making cultists (using software & manually)
Must haves:
Hands on experience in manufacturing of Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes & Furniture is required
Must know how to make manual Cut list & prepare material requirement & invoicing
Working knowledge in use of softwares such as Cabinet Vision or IMOS or Smart Wop
Experience on Biesse / Homag and other CNC Machines is essential
2+ years of Experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Here are your daily job responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the factory
Managing the material requirement for production
Manage activities in all work stations to ensure all work flow is in place
Oversee all levels of team activity and performance
Analysing production data to identify and resolve any production & quality issues
Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order
Repair or replace plant equipment as needed
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times
