Job Summary:
About the Role:
The incumbent will work as a key member of the Studio operations team, managing core functions such as studio and crew allocation, relationship management with internal stake holders, external production crew and vendors. You will also Plan, build and implement timelines, help with optimal management of all studio resources.

The Star Sports production team is looking after an enterprising and progressive production manager, whose creative passion for sports and content creation will fuel excitement for millions of Cricket fans across India. This is a rare opportunity to become an influential production specialist at one of world sports most trusted broadcasters.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of various technical resources both from studio as well as postproduction.
Planning and scheduling of shoots and crew members as per studio availability
Liaise with multiple departments for successful execution of an event from the studios.
While executing a project think from all stakeholder’s perspective and find solutions that benefit everyone.
Experience in setting up Studios, handling live events, Knowledge of Studio and PCR operations.
Step in as a Director and VM during contingency or an unforeseen emergency
Help in locating and hiring suitable freelance resources for an upcoming event from the studio.
Manage and add to the data base of freelance resources.
Help with maintaining records of studio and crew utilization on a day-to-day basis.
Should be able to adapt to new and ever-changing requirements and challenges quickly and respond aptly.
Performance Measures:
Seamless Production delivery of all production requirements
Work with Senior Producers and Executive Producers to understand creative requirements and deliver accordingly
Work on multiple projects at the same time, without compromising on the excellence of output
Strict adherence to timelines
Qualifications:
10 to 12 Years experience working in a similar role in a Live environment.
Any Graduation
Personal Attributes:
Should be able to adapt quickly to new and ever-changing requirements.
Effective communication & interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
