We have plenty of spaces for Food Production Operatives to join our client in Andover. You will be working in a clean food hygiene environment. Own transport is preferred. This is great opportunity to work for forward thinking world wide company. This is ongoing position, no experience required as all training will be provided.
Applicants must be over 18 and have a right to work in UK.
Day shift: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00
Night shift: 22:00-06:00
Pay Rate: Day shift: £13.02
Night shift: £13.50
Requirements
• Work in a safe manner to comply with statutory health and safety legislation and company policies.
• Packing food products.
• Making sure all products meeting company quality standards.
• Ensure all production requirements are met and that line outputs are maximized at every opportunity to deliver plan attainment and efficiency targets. Proactively work with shift management.
• Always ensure minimum wastage of materials at all the times through effective working practices on the line.
• Ensure line cleaning is efficiently and effectively carried out, that meets food safety standards and minimizes lost time.
• To ensure that all administration is completed to meet legal requirements and that relevant systems are maintained, including Traceability, Health and Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, ERP etc.
• Communication and escalation of issues to Shift management in a timely manner.
• Work as a member of the production team, ensuring efficient line operations and maintaining team morale.
