We are currently looking for a Production Operator for our location in Arnprior, Ontario.
Hourly Pay Range: $33.15 - $36.83

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Complete required paperwork for traceability of product
Inform Supervisor/Process owners on quality issues
Perform all required Quality checks daily
Ensure safe operating procedures are always followed
Strict adherence to Job Safety Hazard Analysis, Ontario Health & Safety Act & Regulations and all Plant Safety Rules/Protocols
Identify safety issues and concerns
Take corrective action; monitor the corrective action
Train/assist new employees on safety and quality requirements
Operate various machinery on shop floor, ie, Pilger Mills, Amtrex, Polisher, HPTR’s,
Verify Quality requirements as per specifications for all products.
Meet demanding productivity goals
Perform repetitive work without losing effectiveness
Keep up with high-speed equipment and/or production demand
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Grade 12 graduate
Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Able to work 8 hour rotating shifts
Selected applicants will be tested and interviewed.
