ABOUT THE GRINDERS COFFEE TEAM
As part of the larger CCEP Australia family, Grinders Coffee has become one of Australia's premier coffee companies. Over the last 7 years the business has grown exponentially in volume and has partnered with some iconic businesses that have driven profitable outcomes and increased brand recognition.
The Grinders Supply Chain Team is based in our Roastery in Fairfield, Victoria. Supply Chain compromises an array of function under its banner and the reach extends from procurement of both green beans & finished products to customer deliveries.
About your new role…
We have a wonderful opportunity to join our Grinders team in this role of Production Operator, based at our Roastery in Fairfield, Victoria. You will contribute to the delivery of the production schedule and lead the production operators across key packing lines. Your communication and collaboration skills will be second to none as you direct our operators and lead the execution of tasks to deliver value and productivity outcomes, whilst ensuring safety, health and quality expectations are maintained.
Our operation is currently Monday to Friday, however, we’d ask for flexibility as this may extend to a rotating Saturday during our busy period.
Let’s talk about you!
• Previous experience operating high speed manufacturing machinery.
A mechanical aptitude with a high problem solving ability and time management skills
Understanding of Quality and Food Safety management systems (ISO +001 and ISO 22000) would be highly regarded
Experience with SAP would be advantageous but not essential (training can be provided)
