Job Description

CRG’s specialist manufacturing division are searching for a Production Planner Assistant to join our innovative manufacturing client based in the Birmingham area and take charge of scheduling and labour planning.

Salary up to £50K per annum, depending upon experience plus competitive benefits package.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with production team to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Host demand planning and labour capacity assessments.
• Prepare and organise production paperwork.
• Hold daily shortage meetings with supervisors.
• Push continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on LEAN methodology.
• Monitor and report on KPIs for management review.

Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience in production planning and capacity planning is essential.
