Job Title: Production Planner

Job Summary:
Nubeno Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Planner with a strong background in medical device manufacturing, especially IV cannula and syringes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating efficient production schedules, coordinating with procurement and manufacturing teams, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production based on sales forecasts and inventory.
Ensure optimal utilization of machinery, manpower, and materials.
Coordinate with procurement for raw material availability.
Monitor production output and resolve delays or bottlenecks.
Maintain production records and reports for audits and internal use.
Work closely with QA/QC to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in production planning in IV cannula/syringe manufacturing.
Strong understanding of GMP, ISO, and medical device regulatory standards.
Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production planning tools.
