Job Context:
• Responsible for ensuring execution of loaded plans and ensuring service levels
• Get priority SKUs delivered ensuring service in market
• Work with master planners for feasible production plans and corresponding procurement plans.
• Ensuring supplies of RM/PM as per loaded production plans, following up with procurement teams on same
• Work with plants to ensure the healthy rate of production and fulfil loaded plans
• Raise flags and seek intervention to minimize production loss
• Anticipate future issues by analysis and report the anticipated issues
Key Result Areas
Supporting Actions
Volume delivery
• ensure volume targets are met. Shuffing of plans mid month/ mid buckets whenever there are production issues in other SKUs.
Range delivery
• Ensure all SKUs are made as per plant service levels defined. Monitor health of plans on daily level and suggest course correction
RM/PM service levels
• Work with materials planners, plants, procurement team to monitor supplies and suggest corrective actions
Qualifications:
Post Graduate
Minimum Experience Level:
2-6 Years
