Job Title:PPC (Production Planning coordinator )
• Location: Plot No 1, Hawa Sadak Rd, Hawa Sadak, Geejgarh Vihar Colony, Bais Godam, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302006
• Experience : 3+ Years as Minimum
• Reports To:Head of the department
• Company:Raniwala Jewellers
• Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines in the jewelry manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with departments such as design, production, procurement, and logistics to ensure the timely availability of materials and resources.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, material shortages, or changes in demand.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and output.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of gemstones, metals, and other materials, resolving any supply chain issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the production process.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production planning processes and increase productivity.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools specific to the jewelry manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various departments and suppliers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing production issues.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
