Plant Head Manufacturing
Responsibilities
• Production Management:
Oversee the entire denim garment production process, from raw material sourcing to finished goods.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources, adherence to production schedules, and timely delivery of orders.
Implement best practices to optimize production efficiency and minimize wastage.
• Quality Control:
Maintain strict quality standards throughout the production process.
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure garments meet specifications.
Address any quality-related issues promptly.
• Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors, operators, and support staff.
Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance team productivity.
• Inventory Management:
Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams.
Manage finished goods inventory and ensure accurate stock records.
• Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and create a safe working environment.
Implement safety training programs for all factory personnel.
• Cost Control:
Monitor production costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost-effective measures.
Optimize resource allocation to achieve production targets within budget.
• Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate production processes and identify areas for improvement.
Implement process enhancements to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
• Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (such as design, planning, and logistics) to streamline operations.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning of machinery and equipment.
