Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Production Scheduling: Create and maintain detailed production plans and work orders based on customer demand and inventory levels.
• Capacity Planning: Coordinate with shop floor personnel to maximize machine utilization, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and minimize downtime.
• Workflow Optimization: Develop, implement, and monitor production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Material Coordination: Ensure availability of raw materials and tooling by closely working with purchasing/stores.
• Reporting: Track KPIs such as production output, rejection levels, and adherence to schedule; report results to management.
• Resource Allocation: Schedule operator shifts and manage manpower to ensure proper coverage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
