Main Responsibilities
• Lead daily production across multiple units, ensuring timely output with consistent quality.
• Manage teams across shifts and build a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to maintain uninterrupted material flow.
• Monitor key production metrics and drive improvements in uptime, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in mid-sized manufacturing, preferably in scrap processing, automotive, or heavy engineering.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Hands-on approach with data and on-ground execution.
