Issue accurate and timely Purchase Orders for production-related expenditures
Ensure the swift receipt of goods and services for financial recognition
Reconcile outstanding purchase transactions for resolution in a timely manner
Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for cost-saving, particularly in production and operations
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams to provide efficient purchasing support
Facilitate effective sourcing methods and maintain vendor KPIs to ensure compliance
Prioritize product and service quality during all vendor discussions and negotiations
Ensure documents for new vendor setup are submitted in a timely manner
Foster strong vendor relationships for mutually beneficial outcomes
Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned
